Helga Khajehpour, a CICC-licensed Immigration Consultant (The College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants) with RCIC number 712340, is the founder of HICC. An active member of CAPIC( Canadian Association of Professional Immigration Consultants). She graduated with high honors and earned two Canadian degrees, one in Social Work with a specialization in Immigrant and Refugee Services and another in Immigration Consulting.
